Morrisons is seeking an Operations Manager to keep our stores running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Deputising for the Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front to create a welcoming environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.

Competenze

• Proven experience in the retail industry.
• Experience managing a large, fast-paced store operation.
• Track record turning over at least £150k per week.
• Coaching and developing people with clear feedback.
