Job Purpose:

This is a workshop based role, requiring the Trades Assistant to assemble and inspect engine packages consisting of pumps, industrial and marine power plants based on customer demand.

Job Description:

• To assemble and install accessory parts onto new engine packages (referred to as a build) which are then dispatched as a turn key product to the customer or end user.
• Follow build processes to ensure that the assembly procedures are checked off against the build sheet.
• Assist with moving inwards and outwards of parts and product as required.
• Undertake all other tasks as requested by the Workshop Supervisor/Engineering Manager.
• Attend toolbox meetings, follow OHS protocols, and must be safety focused.
