Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Trades Assistant – Track Press to join the Service Department at the Wacol branch. You will support the Trackshop daily operations, emphasising safety, productivity and quality, while adhering to Safe Work Procedures.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will assist across the branch as needed and contribute to a high-performing, safety-conscious team in a modern workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day Trackshop operations in the Track Press area.
• Help minimise equipment downtime and maintain quality.
• Follow workshop manuals, guidelines and Safe Work Procedures.
• Prepare and submit service reports and related documentation.
• Support the branch as required to ensure smooth operations.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Trades Assistant – Track Press to join our Service Department at our Wacol branch.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will assist with the day-to-day operational activities of the Trackshop, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, work quality and 5S. You will provide practical assistance to minimise equipment downtime and ensure work is completed to a high standard in accordance with workshop manuals, relevant guidelines and Safe Work Procedures.

Roster:

Full Time – Monday to Friday

Annualised Wages:

$75k to $90k + super

Wacol, QLD
