Job summary

B&Q Plymouth is looking for a TradePoint Customer Advisor to join our team in Plymouth. This full-time role (36.75 hours per week) involves serving TradePoint members, listening to their needs and guiding them to the right products and services.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm. You will be part of a diverse team focused on delivering a great customer experience while building relationships with trade customers and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Great communicator and team worker able to engage with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and spot new business opportunities.
• Willing to learn and develop through training and work with others.
