• Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries.
• Providing accurate information about products, features and services.
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Handling customer queries and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintaining merchandising and store displays.
• Supporting general day-to-day store operations.
• Participating in regular sales and customer service training.
• Must be available to work one weekend day each week as part of an 11-day fortnight.
