With training provided, you’ll build relationships with customers and suppliers, keep the branch organized, and contribute to a fast-paced, rewarding team environment across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• Natural problem solver with ability to find solutions.
• Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Help customers at counter, on phone, and via email.
• Prepare quotes and guide customers to right products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keep the branch organized, stocked, and presentable.
• Support team to maintain smooth operations.
