Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a hands-on customer service and sales team member for the Brisbane trade counter. You’ll be the friendly face, handle quotes, process orders and ensure customers get the right products on time and in full.

No electrical experience required—just a can-do attitude, comfort with tech, and a desire to learn. You'll join a supportive team with training, career pathways, and opportunities to work across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail or customer-facing roles.
• Natural problem solver with solution focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Energetic, team-oriented and proactive.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at counter, over phone, and via email.
• Prepare quotes and guide to products (training provided).
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keep the branch organised and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations smooth.
