Lawrence & Hanson is Australia’s leading electrical wholesaler with over 150 branches nationwide. This hands-on role at our Canberra branch focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences at the trade counter, on the phone and via email.

You’ll help with quotes, product guidance, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers while keeping the branch organized and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• Natural problem solver with ability to find solutions.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic and team-oriented.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Prepare quotes and guide customers to the right products (training provided).
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keep the branch organised, stocked, and looking great.
• Pitch in across the team to keep things running smoothly.
