Salexo Consulting in Melbourne is seeking a customer-focused Trade Sales Representative to join our client’s team in the building products sector. You will be the first point of contact for builders, contractors and trade customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and providing product advice to grow sales.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in sales, experience with building products or construction supply, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to prospecting.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales environments, ideally 2+ years.
• Experience in building products, construction supply or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and sales orders
• Provide product advice and solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities
• Build strong relationships with trade and commercial customers
• Support external sales and project teams
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
