Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson is Australia’s leading electrical wholesaler with 150+ branches nationwide. We are seeking a frontline Customer Service and Sales representative at our NSW branch to deliver value, reliability and flexibility to every customer—face to face at the counter, over the phone, and by email.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work in a fast-paced, social environment, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and benefit from training, career pathways and a profit-share

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Looking for a role that’s fast-paced, social, and full of reward.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly
