Job summary

Lyndons is seeking a customer service-focused team member for our Cairns branch to assist customers, process inquiries, and support sales. You will be the first point of contact, handling invoices, quotes, and orders while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will gain experience in retail customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills in a collaborative environment with regular team events and Lyndons Academy training.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Targets oriented to increase customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a small team.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers entering the trade centre.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email related to invoices, stock, quotes and orders.
• Identify customers' needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and company information.
