Job summary

Foot Locker Cairns is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Manager who can lead by example, coach a team and deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience. You will drive sales, oversee recruiting, training, visual merchandising and daily store operations to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates demonstrate proven leadership in a customer-facing retail setting, strong problem-solving and math skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager for our store in Cairns.

As a natural leader and coach and have a passion for helping others deliver a great in-store Customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of store management, includingexecution of Company standards in recruiting, hiring, training, customer service, visual merchandising and store operations. It is all these activities together that will drive sales to maximize profit goals for your store and lead you and your team to success.

Responsibilities:

Coaching and motivating your team to inspire top performance and an exceptional customer experience
