Job summary

Lyndons Pty Ltd is seeking a customer service-focused representative at our Maroochydore branch to assist customers, provide product information, and process orders. You will build relationships and maintain a clean counter area while learning product knowledge for long-term career growth.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries about invoices, stock, quotes and orders, and use the CRM to keep data up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service retail role.
• Excellent communication with active listening.
• Targets driven to increase customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers at the trade centre.
• Address inquiries about invoices, stock, quotes and orders.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Upsell/cross-sell products where appropriate.
• Update Lyndons CRM and other databases; generate quotes.
