Job summary

Endurance Plumbing & Gas, a WA owned and operated family business in Balcatta, seeks an administrative assistant. Hours are 8.00am–4.00pm, 4/5 days per week, with flexibility for school drop off/collection.

In this entry-level role you will handle calls, greet visitors, manage emails, enter job data, and support management. Experience in admin and data entry is preferred; Simpro knowledge is advantageous; Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or a similar role.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to multitask, work as part of a team and show initiative when unsupervised.
• Experience in a trade-based industry with Simpro Software knowledge would be advantageous however not essential.
• Must have full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
• Greeting customers, suppliers, and visitors
• Monitoring the company's general email accounts
• Enter new jobs, job cards, and data entry
• Liaising with clients, tenants, and staff to schedule works
• Provide general administrative support to management and other team members as required
