Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable dealing with trade customers, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to process orders, quotes and handle stock.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist customers at the trade counter, on the phone and via email.
• Processing orders, preparing quotes accurately and on time.
• Warehouse duties: picking, packing, dispatching orders, receiving stock, loading/unloading.
