Job summary

Allan Hall Business Advisors – Newcastle NSW is seeking a reliable team member to join our local branch as a warehouse/counter assistant. You will help customers at the trade counter and over the phone, process orders, prepare quotes and assist with stock control.

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with training and development provided. forklift licence helpful but not essential; possessing a valid Australian work right is required to join our close-knit team at this growing national supplier.

Qualifications

• Experience with fasteners, tooling or construction products is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights essential.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Processing orders, preparing quotes and helping customers find the right products.
• Picking, packing and receiving stock.
• Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate.
• Supporting the team with general branch operations.
