Job summary

Reece Group in Newcastle is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our busy branch. You will split time between delivering products to customers and supporting trade customers with product information, while keeping the counter and warehouse running smoothly.

You will handle stock, assist with displays, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service over the phone and in person. Weekend shifts may be required as part of a flexible roster within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Delivery, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain displays.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and flexible to weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts using company vehicle.
• Perform pick packing and stock control.
• Keep branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
• Provide product information and customer service.
