Tradezone Pty Ltd is expanding its Ipswich-Bundamba team to enhance our customer service and sales experience. The Trade Counter Team Members will engage with contractors and homeowners, handling inquiries, processing orders, and delivering product advice in a fast-paced environment.

We offer permanent full-time roles with weekly pay, employee leave accrual from day one, and development opportunities within a growing national business that values teamwork and hands-on service.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service with a strong work history.
• Interpersonal skills to lead from the front with customers and suppliers.
• Forklift license and current driving experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Tradezone to customers, delivering a seamless customer service experience across order, pick and receive lifecycle.
• Assist with sales enquiries and provide product advice to customers.
• Professionally prepare orders and support loading of products for customers.
• Support autonomous, on-the-ground customer service and sales growth.

Due to continued growth, we are now expanding into Ipswich, Bundamba and are seeking professional and solutions-driven Trade Counter Team Members to come on board as a part of our founding team

We service building contractors to homeowners and everyone in between. Our aim is to provide a seamless customer service experience for them. This role involves engaging in all aspects of our Sales process for our Customers and Suppliers.

Shift hours

Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:30pm

Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

with Saturdays 5:30am - 9:30am on a rotating roster as overtime!

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tradezone to our Customers - First impressions last and we pride ourselves on providing a seamless Customer Service experience from Order, Pick & Receive lifecycle - You'll be across it all.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently managing sales and enquiries, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored product advice and value-adding solutions.
• Professionally preparing customer orders, safely loading products, and providing friendly, hands-on assistance to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• This role will be ideal for a Trade qualified person wanting an autonomous role ‘off the tools’ or Customer service expert to drive their own success across our customer service and sales.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Self-motivated and resilient mindset through a strong career in Customer Service – shown through your work history
• Interpersonal skills that showcase your ability to ‘lead from the front’ to our Internal and External stakeholders (Customers & Suppliers)
• A valid Forklift License and recent driving experience will be highly regarded
