Qualifications

• Internal sales, trade counter or customer-facing sales experience.
• Plumbing, trade, building supplies or wholesale experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine sales mindset and confidence following up opportunities.
• Ability to juggle priorities and get things done.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade counter sales and customer enquiries.
• Provide product advice and practical solutions.
• Prepare quotes and follow up sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries.
• Support the day-to-day running of the branch.
