Vulcan Aluminium in Sydney is seeking a Trade Counter Sales team member to assist walk-in customers, handle a range of product enquiries, and prepare quotes and orders while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will work in a supportive, flat culture with opportunities to upskill and contribute to a better tomorrow through dedicated customer care and a strong team approach. Job rests on site with standard hours 8am-4pm.

Formación

• Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residing in Australia or holding a current relevant work visa.

About the role:

Join our Vulcan Aluminium site as a Trade Counter Sales. Standard hours: 8am - 4pm however, some flexibility might be offered. A willingness to learn and strong customer focus are key to success in this role. We offer support and opportunity to upskill!

• Assisting walk-in customers with a range of product enquiries
• Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
• Preparing sales quotes and orders
• Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
• Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and part of the team
