Job summary

Alspec is the market leader in aluminium system design and distribution, serving the architectural, industrial and home improvement markets since 1974. This full-time role involves high levels of customer service through direct interaction with customers and managing inward and outward stock movement across 14 locations nationwide.

You will have counter sales/retail experience, be capable of meeting deadlines, and demonstrate reliability, drive and teamwork focused on safety and efficiency.

About the Role...

In this full-time role, you will contribute to high levels of customer service through direct interaction with customers, together with the management of inward and outward stock movement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving Customers at the sales counter
• Providing excellent customer service
• Pick & pack customer requirements
• Assist in answering phone calls
• Assist in administrative duties
• General housekeeping
• Assisting with cycle counts
• General warehouse duties

About You...

You will have a prior history of counter sales / retail sales combined with customer service experience. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be reliable and self-motivated, have a willingness to take on additional tasks and value personal and team safety.
