Job summary

Reece Group in Cannonvale is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects, and to support daily branch operations.

You will handle customer service, quotes, stock control, keep the shop tidy and safe, and occasionally deliver items using the company vehicle. Weekend shifts and a valid driver’s licence are required, with opportunities for career progression within our network.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
