You will handle customer queries, quotes, stock control, and keep the branch tidy, with occasional deliveries. The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience who enjoys helping customers and learning new systems, and may involve weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders, stock and display products accurately.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tech.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence and weekend availability.
• Wants career development within our network or head office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
