Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant in Berrimah to help plumbers and tradespeople access required products and keep the branch running smoothly. You’ll assist customers, handle quotes and support daily store operations.

The role involves stock control, some deliveries, and shifts including weekends. Tech-savvy candidates who enjoy fast-paced retail are encouraged to apply within our network.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Able to pick orders and maintain accurate stock/ displays.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tech.
• Has a clean, valid driver’s license and can work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and help customers in person and by phone.
• Quote customers in-store and over the phone.
• Perform pick, pack and stock control duties.
• Keep the branch tidy, safe and well-organised.
• Occasionally make deliveries using a company vehicle.
