Reece is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant in Port Melbourne to help plumbers and tradespeople access products, provide service and quotes, and support stock and deliveries.

You’ll join a team that values customer service, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities for career growth, and a range of employee benefits. This role involves occasional deliveries and weekend shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to provide accurate product information and quotes.
• Comfort with stock control, order picking/packing, and shop-floor display upkeep.
• Reliable driver’s license and willingness to perform occasional deliveries.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide quotes in person and on the phone.
• Wrap and pack orders and manage stock control activities.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe for customers and staff.
