Job summary

Reece Braddon is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant to join the team in Braddon. The role involves delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle, plus assisting in pick packing, stock control and providing product information at the trade counter.

You will support the branch and warehouse operations, help maintain displays, and deliver excellent service to plumbers and tradespeople, including over the phone.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
