Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant for our Berrimah branch. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, and order picking to keep the branch running smoothly.

You’ll maintain displays, handle stock, and help with deliveries using a company vehicle. A valid driver’s licence and weekend availability are preferred as we support customer needs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to use a company vehicle.
• Comfort with learning new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
