Actrol Kelvin Grove is seeking a friendly Trade Counter Assistant to help engineers, tradespeople and customers access the products they need. You will handle enquiries, provide quotes in person and over the phone, and maintain stock and displays.

This role suits someone with retail or customer service experience, a willingness to learn, and a valid driver’s licence. Weekend shifts and occasional deliveries help keep the branch running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
