Job summary

Reece in Cannonvale is seeking a friendly Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need. You’ll deliver great service, answer questions, and process quotes in person or by phone.

You’ll assist with picking, packing, stock control, keeping the branch tidy and safe, and may make occasional deliveries. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to help customers in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with using a computer and learning new systems.
