Job summary

Reece Warana is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our busy Warana branch on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll assist plumbers and tradespeople, provide product information, and quote customers in person and over the phone while helping with stock, picking, packing and branch housekeeping.

A clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, are required. You’ll benefit from performance bonuses, paid annual leave, staff discounts on bathroom and kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to provide product information and quotes in person and over the phone.
• Strong stock control, packing, and order picking abilities.
• Able to maintain branch tidiness and safety.
