AusGroup Industrial Services (AGIS) in Mackay region is seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our mining and industrial services teams. This role offers progression through structured development pathways and on-the-job training to build practical scaffolding and protective coatings skills.

You will learn alongside experienced tradespeople, participate in competency development programs, and contribute to mobilisation, maintenance and shutdown activities.
