Job summary

Ausgroup Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead site execution across the Mackay region. You will develop workpacks, liaise with drafting and engineering teams, and coordinate supervisors to deliver projects on time and within safety standards.

Strong planning and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of scaffolding practices and mining/construction industry settings. Local applicants are preferred and a competitive remuneration package is offered.

Ausgroup Industrial Services offer a highly skilled & experienced workforce which consists of Scaffolders, Riggers, Industrial Painters, Abrasive Blasters, Boilermakers, Welders, Trade Assistants, Industrial Cleaners and Supervisors.

AGIS are looking for an experienced Supervisor to assist in the successful delivery of our services across the region, working closely with the site-based staff and the operations management team based in the Mackay office.

Role:

Development of workpacks

Liaising with drafting and engineers for approved design

Scoping work and estimating

Managing supervisors through execution of works

Liaising with client for planning of works

Planning of works to be executed

To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:

Basic Computer skills around Excel, project

Knowledge of the scaffolding standard and workplace health and safety procedures

Previous experience in a similar role

Understanding of mining and construction industry.

Strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated personnel/time management skills.

Effective communications skills.

Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word.

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced role.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
