Job summary

Complete Scaffold is seeking a Trade Assistant to join a growing scaffolding team on the South Coast of NSW. The role suits someone physically fit, reliable and eager to learn in a hands-on construction environment.

You’ll work with a small, supportive team assisting with scaffolding projects across the South Coast. A White Card and own transport are required, and you can start from Nowra, NSW.

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated team player with a good work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
• Keen to gain experience in scaffolding and construction.
• Holds a valid White Card and reliable own transport.
• Can start from Nowra and travel to Bomaderry/South Coast NSW.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scaffolding projects across the South Coast.
• Support a small, close-knit team on site.
• Help with site preparation, material handling and safety practices.

Complete Scaffold is a growing scaffolding business working across the South Coast of NSW. We are currently looking for a Trade Assistant to join our team and gain valuable hands‑on experience in the construction industry.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit, reliable and keen to learn and wants to develop their skills within the scaffolding and construction industry.

You will work as part of a small, supportive team assisting with scaffolding projects across the South Coast.
