Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• Experience in assessment of development applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the Environment Planning & Assessment Act 1979 and Local Government Act 1993.
• Ability to manage workload with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Assess Development Applications and provide related customer service functions.
• Support Local Planning Panel in considering Development Applications.
• Provide expert evidence in the Land and Environment Court of NSW.
