Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician to join our Sydney team. The role covers installation, climbing, maintenance, fault-finding and repair across major projects, offering long-term work and strong overtime potential.

Ideal candidates will have electrical qualifications, WHS certifications and a valid driver's license, with a safety-first approach and a willingness to work at heights on demanding sites.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III (Electrical) or NSW Electrical License.
• Must hold White Card (Construction Induction).
• Working at Heights certification is required.
• Must have a valid Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Climbing and height adjustments of tower cranes.
• Fault-finding and diagnostics on crane control systems.
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Repair and replacement of motors, gearboxes, brakes, limit switches, and wiring.
• Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Australia standards and site safety requirements.
• Complete service reports, inspection logs, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
