Job summary

Cosmo Cranes Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician to join our Maintenance Team. Based in Chipping Norton NSW, you will service, inspect and repair a diverse fleet of tower cranes and troubleshoot PLCs and remote control systems.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Licence, a current Driver's licence, HRW DG and RB qualifications, and a proven track record with heavy equipment.

Qualifications

Electrical Licence required and valid.
Current Drivers licence essential.
High Risk Work Licence (DG) and Basic Rigging (RB) preferred.
Experience with cranes/heavy equipment or similar machinery.
Ability to work independently and in a team with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Attend to breakdowns for various tower crane brands.
Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance.
Troubleshoot crane faults and PLC-related issues.
Program PLCs and test remote control systems.
Inspect and report on rope, hook and components for safety.
