Job summary

Liebherr Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Technician for our Yatala Field Service team. You will diagnose faults, service mobile and crawler cranes, and support customers nationwide while training with OEM specialists. A strong focus on safety and quality workmanship is essential.

You will travel across Australia and New Zealand when required, build relationships with customers onsite, and participate in ongoing OEM training to advance technical skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on mobile crane equipment.
• Sound computer skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel, work overtime, and be on-call.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Servicing and maintaining mobile and crawler cranes.
• Major component change-outs and repairs.
• New machine builds and commissioning.
• Building strong relationships with customers onsite.
• Working safely while delivering premium customer service.
• Continuing to develop your technical skills through OEM training.
