Job summary

Cooinda Lodge Kakadu is seeking a seasoned tourism professional to lead and inspire our tours and experiences in Kakadu National Park, including Yellow Water Cruises. This hands-on role manages tour logistics, develops new experiences, and mentors a team of storytellers, delivering exceptional customer service amid diverse stakeholders.

This permanent position offers the opportunity to live and work in one of Australia’s iconic destinations, with subsidised on-site accommodation and meals

Qualifications

• Clean Light - Medium Rigid Driver licence.
• H Endorsement passenger vehicle licence.
• Kakadu Knowledge for Tour Guides accreditation (must have at commencement).
• Physically fit with the ability to walk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire our team in delivering tours and experiences in Kakadu National Park, including Yellow Water Cruises.
• Liaise with varied stakeholders and manage all tour logistics.
• Develop new tour products and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned tourism professional, who will lead and inspire our dedicated team in delivering tours and experiences in the amazing Kakadu National Park, including the iconic Yellow Water Cruises. This hands‑on role is responsible for leading and driving our team of storytellers, through exceptional customer service, liaising with varied stakeholders, managing all tour logistics, and product development. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to live and work in one of Australia's most iconic destinations.
