Cooinda Lodge Kakadu in the Northern Territory is seeking a proactive Kitchen Hand to join our team. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with food prep and storage, and help keep kitchen areas safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and sanitising of all kitchen areas, including food preparation and storage areas.

• Responsible for the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment, and reporting faults.
• Assemble and prepare ingredients for cooking as requested.
• Assist with receiving and storing stock.
• Handle chemicals and equipment correctly as per manufacturers' instructions.
• Utilise safe and hygienic methods for the removal of dry and wet waste.
