Job summary

Programmed Property Services is seeking an experienced painter to join our team in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You will work on a variety of commercial and maintenance projects, delivering high‑quality painting and preparation work while upholding safety and workmanship standards.

Ideal candidates will have professional painting experience, current White/Blue Cards, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Must have professional painting experience.
• White Card and Blue Card current.
• Australian driver’s licence current.
• Strong eye for detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting.
• Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, filling).
• Brush, roller and spray applications where required.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames and external surfaces.
• Minor maintenance related to painting.
• Set up and maintain safe work areas.
• Work around clients, students, staff and public.
• Deliver high-quality work within project timeframes.
• Follow site safety procedures and Programmed requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas.
