Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to trade and commercial customers.
• Recommend suitable tools, equipment and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to store performance.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge across leading tool brands.
• Assist with merchandising, stock presentation and showroom standards.
• Process sales transactions and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives.
