Total Tools Rockhampton is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about tools and trades. You will join a growing, locally owned business and help customers choose the right products while building lasting relationships.

You should have retail or trade experience, excellent customer service, be comfortable with technology, and be available weekdays, weekends and some public holidays. Join us for a supportive team and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or trade experience preferred.
• Passion for tools and ability to relate to trades.
• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and computer literacy.
• Willing to work weekdays, weekends and some public holidays.
