Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubbo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Tooling & Parts to lead a new contract logistics operation supporting the renewable energy sector. This hands-on leadership role combines technical operations, warehousing, customer service and people leadership.

You will manage a small team responsible for tooling servicing and parts warehousing with end-to-end accountability for safety, quality, inventory accuracy and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic equipment, tooling or industrial assets.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing customer-facing operational service delivery.
• Strong warehouse and inventory-management capability, including KPI, safety and quality accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation across specialised tooling servicing and parts warehousing.
• Plan resources, workload and priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Lead tooling activities including inspection, servicing, maintenance, repair, calibration and dispatch.
