Job summary

CEVA Logistics invites applications for a Senior Project Manager on a six-month fixed-term contract in Banksmeadow, NSW. You will lead end-to-end delivery of a major data centre infrastructure project, coordinating across inbound freight, warehousing, staging and last-mile activities.

You will manage schedules, risks and governance while engaging stakeholders across CEVA functions. Some interstate travel and after-hours work may be required as project milestones unfold.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience in logistics or similar complex operations.
• Demonstrated ability to run multi-disciplinary, customer-facing projects.
• Strong scheduling, risk management and governance execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to close-out.
• Develop master schedule, resource plan, risk register and governance.
• Oversee inbound handling, warehousing, staging and final-mile delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Air & Ocean, Contract Logistics, IT and Finance.
• Act as primary customer interface with clear communication and issue resolution.
