Only About Children Armadale invites a confident, caring Room Leader to guide learning, routines and safety in a vibrant toddler room. You will support educators, communicate with families and help children settle, explore and grow with calm, consistent leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in early childhood education is required.
• Experience leading a room or a team is essential.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQF, child safety and inclusive practice.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications are required.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills; ability to manage room priorities and family engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead learning, routines, safety and educator support to keep days calm and connected.
• Guide planning, documentation, reflection and daily practice for educators.
• Supervise, manage ratios, room routines and child-safety practices.
• Build respectful partnerships with families and keep them informed about the day.
• Contribute to campus quality outcomes through QIP and audits.
