Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Enterprise Operations Analyst II to provide Tier II support for the Operations Command Center, drive project efforts, and train junior staff. The role focuses on network performance and system improvements, with escalation handling and documentation responsibilities.

You will analyze trends, develop improvement plans, and coordinate change within the network infrastructure. Strong Unix, networking, and communication skills are essential, with 3–5 years' experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 of 5 OCC expertise areas, expert in at least one area; strong communication.
• Basic UNIX scripting and tool monitoring; JCL, MVS, batch scheduling.
• Firewall experience and file transfer knowledge.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tier II support for OCC operations.
• Provide project support for major initiatives.
• Develop network documentation and reports.
• Plan, coordinate and implement network changes.
• Produce reports on impacting issues.
• Manage shift tickets and on-call duties.
