Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Enterprise Operations Analyst II to provide Tier II support for the OCC and drive operational initiatives. You will analyze trends, develop improvement plans, and document processes while coordinating with partners and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in related fields, with strong routing, security, and UNIX knowledge. Some 12-hour shifts and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge with routing/switching, tunneling, security operations/engineering, MPLS.
• Functions across OCC areas (Unix, Mainframe, Production Control, Debit, Network) with leadership attributes.
• Subject matter expert in OCC areas with holistic understanding and strong communication.
• Basic UNIX scripting and tool monitoring, JCL, MVS, batch scheduling, Tandem technology.
• Firewall experience and file transfer highly desired.
• 3 to 5 years' experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tier II support functions for the MasterCard Operations Command Center (OCC).
• Provide project support for major initiatives with an emphasis on operations and operational support.
• Perform proactive network analysis to ensure network integrity and performance is in an optimal state.
• Develop documentation to support the operations environment.
• Develop metrics to measure efficiencies within the environment.
• Interact effectively with partners, customers and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and implement change within the network infrastructure.
• Produce reports and documentation of impacting issues.
• Understand documentation of tickets and manage shifts tickets.
