Job summary

Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking a highly organised Ticketing & Accreditation Manager to lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control across Sydney Showground and ENGIE Stadium.

You will oversee end-to-end ticketing services for exhibitions, concerts, festivals and major public events, working with event organisers, promoters, ticketing agents and security teams to deliver safe and smooth entry for patrons and staff.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Venue Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating ticketing, accreditation, venue operations or event logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ticketing systems and event management software highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control operations across a diverse portfolio of events.
• Oversee end-to-end management of ticketing and accreditation services for exhibitions, concerts, festivals and major public events.
• Collaborate with event organisers, promoters, ticketing agents, security teams and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, seamless access for patrons and staff.
