Job summary

Sydney Showground is seeking a Ticketing & Accreditation Manager to own planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control across a busy events portfolio.

You will oversee end-to-end ticketing operations for exhibitions, concerts and major events at Sydney Showground and ENGIE Stadium, coordinating with promoters, operators and security, and driving a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Venue Management or Event Management.
• Current Class C Driver's Licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating ticketing, accreditation, venue operations or event logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ticketing and accreditation services for events.
• Manage ticket allocations, seating manifests and access permissions.
• Coordinate accreditation systems, reporting and event-day readiness.
• Collaborate with ticketing providers, clients, security teams and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
