Job summary

The Salvation Army Swan Hill Corps is seeking a casual Thrift Store Supervisor to lead frontline customer service and daily store operations in Swan Hill, VIC. Reporting to the Corps Officer, you will help process, price and merchandise donated goods while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in retail.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the store.
• Support processing, pricing and merchandising of donated goods to maximise sales and presentation.
• Assist with promotional activities, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
• Complete store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and banking tasks as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment by following WHS and security procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to team members while following policies and procedures.
